Our new shop at Av Louise will open soon and needs strong operational leadership. We're looking for an experienced restaurant manager to bring order, lead the team and get operations running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Lead the team and keep service running smoothly.
• Own quality, hygiene (HACCP) and customer experience.
• Improve processes — you spot what's not working and fix it.
• Manage stock, orders and cash.
• Train and coach new team members.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role (fast casual, hospitality, quick-service).
• Hands-on mindset — you're on the floor, not just behind a desk.
• Strong organizer and people manager.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, English is a plus.
• Affinity with good food and Asian cuisine.
• Flexible schedule (shifts, weekends).
