Your day-to-day
As a Functional Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing business requirements to develop functional specifications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system design options.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Facilitating meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
- Providing guidance and support during system implementation and training.
- Working with developers and QA teams to ensure systems meet functional requirements.
- Developing and maintaining test scripts to validate system functionality.
- Monitoring system performance and providing feedback on system effectiveness.
- Maintaining documentation for business processes and system configurations.
Who you are
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Proficient with UML, user stories, and technical writing.
- You communicate effectively in both Dutch and English.
- Proven capability in project and user-testing management.
- Knowledgeable in Confluence and Jira.
- Highly organized, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work both independently and with a team.
